Fair 2013

I love the fair! I don't care how big or small it is I just love going to the fair. Jacob on the other hand hates it mostly because he doesn't like being around crowds of people. I kind of sucks for him that he's married to me because I'm not phased by crowds in the least and I quite often drag him off to different events. The fair here in Prescott is pretty small but I just love taking the girls and walking around to see everything. This year some sweet friends of ours bought the girls passes to ride all the rides at the fair and our fair admission. It was so sweet of them and it made the experience of going to the fair this year so much fun! Jacob's parents just happened to be visiting us that weekend and they stayed home with Abby while we took the two older girls. It was really fun to spend time with just Savannah and Olivia and to let Jacob's parents have some real one on one time with Abby since this was the first time they'd met her. We started off the day checking out all the animals and they once again had a small petting zoo area with some baby goats and sheep. Both girls shocked me by how brave they were to pet all the animals on their own, a first for both of them.

After seeing all the animals and walking around all the exhibits and booths inside we headed over to the rides. Another shocker was the ride the girls picked to go on first, a roller-coaster! Savannah was actually tall enough to go alone but she wanted one of us to ride with her and Olivia needed to be accompanied by an adult. It was so fun and the girls LOVED it! The rest of the time we rode pretty much every ride they had and just had a blast.

This picture is my favorite because of Olivia's face. She screamed the entire time she rode this kids coaster and once she got off she had the biggest smile on her face she loved it so much. After we were done with all the rides we let the girls choose between riding the little train they had or getting their faces painted. Both  girls choose to get their faces painted and they were both in love with the end results. Olivia's blue snake totally cracked me up.

To finish up the day we sat down and had some cotton candy, overall it was the perfect day and we all had so much fun.
